HOPDEC is a self- led grassroots organization for women and girls from diverse background, including women living with disabilities, HIV/Aids and with no income. It founded in 2021 with the group of Women and girls, survivors of various civil wars in the \republic democratic of Congo, Burundi, Rwanda, Somalia and Ethiopian in which experienced difference forms of Gender-based-violence, abuse and assault in their families and communities The organization hereby constituted is a non-profit and local Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) called : > its shorten name is HOPDEV. The organization is not free from political. It may be transferred to another Place In the territory, country or elsewhere in the world by the decision of the General Assembly (GA) on the proposal of the Executive Board or two (2/3) of the members of the organization.
